TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT WILL EIDMI OR ITS AFFILIATES, OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, OR LICENSORS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO YOUR USE OF (OR INABILITY TO USE) THE WEBSITE, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, EIDMI'S TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THE WEBSITE WILL NOT EXCEED USD $100.

The Website is not directed to children under 13. If you are under 13, do not use the Website or provide personal information through it.

11. Governing Law; Venue

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to conflict of laws principles. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Website shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Manhattan, New York, and you consent to personal jurisdiction and venue in those courts.

12. Miscellaneous

If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect. These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Eidmi regarding the Website and supersede any prior agreements regarding the Website.
